Public Engagement
From concept through completion, public engagement is critically important to VDOT’s Office of Public Private Partnerships (VAP3). Clear communication and continual outreach to involve constituents is part of our standard operating process. It matters to us that Virginians and other stakeholders know a project’s purpose, costs, environment impact, and effect on day to day lives. Most importantly, public engagement helps ensure VAP3 is driving value across the commonwealth.
